Day 1 – Arrival in Trabzon

Arrival & Transfer: Welcome to the Black Sea Region of Turkey! Upon arrival at Trabzon Airport, meet your representative and transfer to your hotel for check-in.

Leisure Time: The remainder of the day is free at leisure to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Trabzon and the beautiful Black Sea coastline. Overnight in Trabzon.

Day 2 – Trabzon City Tour Breakfast & Lunch Included

Byzantine Architecture & Mansion: After breakfast, depart for a full-day exploration of Trabzon. Visit the historic Hagia Sophia of Trabzon, one of the finest examples of Byzantine architecture in the region. Continue to Atatürk Mansion, a beautiful historic residence surrounded by lush gardens and pine forests.

Panoramic Views & City Center: After lunch, visit Boztepe Hill, offering breathtaking panoramic views over Trabzon and the Black Sea. Continue through the city center and enjoy free time to experience local culture and daily life. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Trabzon.

Day 3 – Sumela Monastery & Altındere National Park Tour Breakfast & Lunch Included

Sumela Monastery Excursion: After breakfast, depart for one of Turkey's most iconic landmarks, the magnificent Sumela Monastery. Built dramatically into the cliffs of Altındere National Park, this historic monastery offers breathtaking scenery and fascinating history dating back to the 4th century.

Altındere National Park: After lunch, enjoy time in the beautiful surroundings of Altındere National Park, famous for its forests, mountain landscapes and fresh mountain air. Return to Trabzon. Overnight in Trabzon.

Day 4 – Rize, Tea Gardens & Fırtına Valley Tour Breakfast & Lunch Included

Rize Tea Gardens & Fırtına Valley: After breakfast, depart for the neighboring province of Rize, known as the tea capital of Turkey. Visit a traditional Tea Garden and learn about the cultivation and production of Turkish tea while enjoying spectacular views of the region's rolling green hills. Continue to the stunning Fırtına Valley, one of the most beautiful natural areas in the Black Sea region, famous for its rivers, forests and historic stone bridges.

Timisvat Bridge Excursion: After lunch, visit the picturesque Timisvat Bridge and enjoy free time to experience the peaceful atmosphere of the valley before returning to Trabzon. Overnight in Trabzon.

Day 5 – Departure from Trabzon Breakfast Included

Checkout & Transfer: After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and transfer to Trabzon Airport according to your departure flight schedule. Optional activities may be arranged depending on departure flight timing and availability.

After the confirmation we request 25% advance payment to secure the rooms of mentioned hotels in the itinerary. Rest of the payment you can do until 2 weeks of your arrival date.

Grandoria Tours will not apply any penalties to you if you cancel before 2 weeks before the departure date, your deposit of 25% to be refunded. This way, our guests will be on the safe side and will not worry about penalties. In case that you have informed us of your arrival/departure flight details and received related confirmations for accommodation and tour programs, yet haven’t showed up for the tour, 25% deposit to be non-refundable. With the exception of ready-made packages, if you require different accommodation venues like any international brand name hotels, your tours would fall under “customized/tailor-made tours” category and hotels’ regulations to be applied.

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
Check your visa requirements for entry into Turkey based on your nationality.
Provide your international flight details well in advance for smooth airport transfers.
Pack comfortable walking shoes and modest clothing suitable for visiting religious sites.
