Day 1-–Arrival in Gaziantep
Welcome to Turkey! Arrive into Gaziantep. Transfer from airport & check in to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore the vibrant city. Overnight in Gaziantep
Day 2 –Gaziantep Tour Halfeti & Transfer to Urfa Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Included
After breakfast, we will visit the Zeugma Mosaic Museum, Gazantep Castle and the Coppersmiths Bazaar. Then, we will go to a local restaurant serving delicious kebabs. After Lunch we depart and our . We will visit the Sanlıurfa Archeology Museum and Haleplibahce Mosaic Complex with magnificent artifacts. Then transfer to hotel, overnight in Urfa.
Day 3- Urfa – Gobelitepe Pool of Abraham & Göbeli Tepe Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Included
After your breakfast at hotel we will depart for Göbeli Tepe, which is a Neolithic archaeological site in the Southeastern Anatolia Region of Turkey. The settlement was inhabited from around 9500 BCE to at least 8000 BCE during the Pre-Pottery Neolithic. It is famous for its large circular structures that contain massive stone pillars – among the world's oldest known megaliths. Many of these pillars are decorated with anthropomorphic details, clothing, and sculptural reliefs of wild animals, providing archaeologists rare insights into prehistoric religion and the particular iconography of the period. Then we will go to Pool of Abraham, is a pool in the southwest of the city center of Şanlıurfa, Turkey known in Jewish and Islamic legends as the place where Nimrod threw Abraham into a fire. Balıklıgöl and neighbouring Aynzeliha pools are among the most visited places in Şanlıurfa. Then time to go Sıra gecesi with traditional musics and dinner, overnight in Urfa.
Day 4--Urfa to Mardin Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Included
After breakfast we will depart from Urfa to Mardin, road takes approxiametly 2 hours we will reach Mardin by noon. We will visit Ulucami (Grand Mosque), the Virgin Mary Church and walk the stone paved streets of Mardin. Then, we will make check-in hotel which is made of traditional stone walls. Dinner at Cercis konağı ,Overnight in Mardin.
Day--5-Mardin Tour Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Included
We will stay for two days in the city of Mardin, the beginning point of the Mesopotamia plain. The ancient city of Dara, Madrasahs, Deyrulzafaran Monastery seat of the Patriarch of Antioch will be places to see. Of course, we will feel the street culture and taste the delicious kebabs of the East. Overnight in Midyat.
Day 6-–Hasankeyf & BoatTour then transfer to Diyarbakır Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Included
After breakfast we will depart for Hasankeyf. During the Middle Bronze Age the area around Hasankeyf was likely part of the Hurrian kingdoms. The Akkadian and Northwest Semitic texts of the Mari Tablets (1800–1750 BC) refer to Ilānṣurā, an important walled city on a large river. Ilānṣurā has been tentatively identified with Hasankeyf, although several locations in northeast Syria have also been proposed. We will do boat tour here in Hasankeyf, boat tours start from the port at the museum and go to the port at the entrance of the castle, then to Delikli Cave. On this route, our local guides also explain the historical texture to our guests, who have the opportunity to see the settlements, mosques, caves and routes of the old inns under water in Hasankeyf. After the tour we will depart for Diyarbakır road takes approxiametly 2 hours. Once we reach here we will have dinner at kervansaray restaurant, Overnight in Diyarbakır.
Day 7-–Diyarbakır transfer to Nemrut Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Included
After breakfast we will depart for Mount Nemrut in Adiyaman on the road we will visit Atatiurk Dam, Arsemija city Nemrut along the Silk Road via the 13th Century Karatay Han. We divert off the Silk Road route to visit the mountain top tomb of King Antiochus I. One of Turkey’s most iconic sites the tomb of Antiochus was lost for nearly 2,000 years and was only rediscovered in the 1890’s by a government railroad surveyor. Overnight Nemrut.
Day 8-–Halfeti tour and transfer to Gaziantep Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Included
After breakfast, we depart and our first stop Halfeti. We reach Halfeti by passing through the peanut trees which are the most famous in the region because of nuts. Halfeti is left under the water of a dam and we will see the beautiful nature and sunken city via a boat trip. After Halfeti, we will transfer you to hotel in Gaziantep, Overnight in Gaziantep.
Day 9--Gaziantep End of Tour Breakfast Lunch and Dinner
